Our beef comes from Big Canyon Beef, a trusted family ranch located just down the road in Craigmont, Idaho. These cattle are raised with great care and responsibility by ranchers who live and work in our community. To ensure the highest standards of quality and safety, all of our beef is processed through our own USDA inspected facility. This allows us to maintain complete control and transparency over every step of the journey from ranch to your plate.

In addition to our fresh beef, we make all of our sausage right at the same facility. This includes favorites like linguica, Italian sausage, and andouille. Each variety is crafted with care using local ingredients to bring you authentic flavors you can trust.
